The research method used was a survey. Affordable population in this study were students of class XI in 4 public high schools in Tangerang City with a sample of 85 students. The research sample was obtained through a simple random sampling method in which the researcher mixed subjects in the population so that all subjects were considered equal. Data collection using instruments: questionnaires, and the collection of students' report cards Sociology. The collected data is then analyzed using correlation and multiple regression techniques. Before the data is analyzed, a descriptive statistical analysis and a data requirements test (normality test and linearity test) are conducted before the regression test is performed. This research was conducted in March 2016 to June 2016. The results showed that: 1) There was a significant influence of parents' attention (X1) and perceptions of teacher competence (X2) on sociology learning achievement (Y), this was evidenced by the value sig. 0,000 &lt;0.05 and Fcount = 28,123. 2) There is a significant influence of parents' attention (X1) on the learning achievements of Sociology (Y), this is evidenced by the value of sig. 0,000 &lt;0.05 and tcount = 5.210. 3) There is a significant influence of perception on teacher competence (X2) on the learning achievement of Sociology (Y), this is evidenced by the sig.0,000 value &lt;0.05 and tcount = 5,400. Selain karena Al-Quran merupakan pedoman bagi seluruh umat manusia, juga karena dengan menghafal Al-Quran, intelejensi dan prestasi akademik siswa dapat ditingkatkan. Jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Subjek penilaian dalam penelitian dan pengembangan ini yaitu siswa SDI Mohammad Hatta Kota Malang yang berjumlah 12 orang dan terdiri dari siswa kelas V dan kelas VI. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, wawancara, tes hasil belajar, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian dan pengembangan media pembelajaran ini berada pada kategori valid dengan rincian taraf kevalidan materi yaitu 90,32% (valid) dan 79,03% (cukup valid), kevalidan media 88,75% (valid), dan kevalidan pebelajaran 97,11% (valid). Tingkat kemenarikan media berada pada kategori sangat menarik dengan nilai kemenarikan 80%. Tingkat efektifitas terhadap penggunaan media menunjukkan perolehan t <sub>hitung</sub> sebesar 3,450. Berarti menunjuk seseorang untuk mengambil alih atas suatu hal, juga untuk mendelegasikan tugas apapun ke orang lain. Wakalah juga merupakan tanggung jawab. Oleh karena itu, seorang wakil harus melakukan tanggung jawab sebagaimana seseorang yang dipercaya untuk melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya dengan amanah. Jika disyaratkan upah bagi penerima kuasa dalam transaksi pemberian kuasa, penerima kasus berhak atas upahnya setelah memenuhi tugasnya. Jika pembayaran upah tidak disyaratkan dalam transaksi dan penerima kuasa itu bukan pihak yang bekerja untuk mendapat upah, pelayanannya itu bersifat kebaikan saja dan ia tidak berhak untuk meminta pembayaran.</p> <p>Menurut hukum Islam, sebuah akad harus memenuhi komponen-komponen utama. Tanpa komponen-komponen utama tersebut tidak akan terjadi transaksi. Because these ta'zir sanctions are ijtihadi. this is different from sanctions that are tauqifi,where the provisions are contained in the quran and hadith, then it takes an effort initiative (ijtihad) to determine it. Ta'zir in Islamic criminal law is applied physically , then sanctions appear in the form of fines.The scholar of Moslem differed on their views on whether this ta'zir maliyyah (fines) could be applied in the context of financial institutions. Some Moslem Scholars who allow fines material ta'zir (al gharamah al uqubah al maliyyah) is Imam Abu Yusuf (the Schollars of Hanafiyyah) . otherwise,some scholars banned this sanction, the reason is that Islam forbidden to take the rights of other parties unfairly. Specific thematic learning, it is necessary learning that not only keeps students active in learning activities, but also students can understand the intent and purpose of the theme they are learning, the students' understanding can be improved through the model Multisensory learning.Multisensory learning is basically a learning that involves a variety of sensory stimuli including hearing, sight, touch, and sometimes also smell and taste. Multisensory learning models involve a variety of visual aids including IT-based media in support of its application process. The use of visual images, interactive video that is broadcast through the projector can certainly stimulate the student's sensory to the material being studied. Multisensory learning in practice is a learning that for learning materials that are abstract into concrete material. Therefore, the application of multisensory learning needs to involve a variety of critical inquiry activities conducted by students on the various realities of everyday life. for example, when teaching science on food chains, this material will be more easily understood by the child if the child is invited to directly watch the process of occurrence of the food chain in everyday life or at least watch the video showing the concept of the chain of food.The linkage between the multisensory learning model and the thematic learning lies in the process of implementation. The combination of sensory devices in multisensory learning is appropriate when applied to thematic learning in recognizing the material attributed to real-life everyday. The students` lack of knowledge about the text, they are hard to understand what the text tells about it. This research used Experimental design. The writer has taught two different classes at Asy-Syukriyyah College in Tangerang. They were control and experimental class. The population of this research is 100 students that consist of two classes. The writer used cluster random sampling technique to measure the reading comprehension test. In collecting data, the writer will give reading comprehension test to the students using multiple choice, questioners in teaching learning using GIST strategy in reading comprehension. The test has given to get the objective data of student`s achievement in reading comprehension by using GIST strategy in experiment class. The writer would apply two test: there are pre-test and post-test. Students reading comprehension increased after given treatment by using GIST strategy of experiment class. Based on the data analysis of post-test, it has shown that values </em><em>t </em><em><sub>count</sub></em> <em>more than</em><em> t </em><em><sub>table</sub></em><em>, </em><em>where</em><em> t </em><em><sub>count</sub></em> <em>was </em><em>2.18 </em><em>while</em><em> t <sub>ta</sub></em><em><sub>ble</sub></em> <em>was</em><em> 1.99, so hypothesis statistic </em><em> </em><em> </em><em>(</em><em>H</em><em><sub>1</sub></em><em>) </em><em>was accepted.
