Evan Hamzah Muchtar, Idrus Salim Al Jufri, Alvandy Julian Wisesa Copyright (c) 2026 Evan Hamzah Muchtar, Idrus Salim Al Jufri, Alvandy Julian Wisesa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1681 Mon, 29 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 SINERGI ZAKAT PRODUKTIF DAN PEMBIAYAAN MIKRO SYARIAH DALAM PEMBERDAYAAN UMKM MUSTAHIK https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1857
This study examines the synergy between productive zakat and sharia microfinance as an integrated strategy for empowering mustahik micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Using a qualitative library research method, this study analyzes theoretical frameworks, institutional models, and empirical evidence drawn from academic literature, regulatory documents, and reports from zakat and Islamic microfinance institutions. The findings reveal that productive zakat effectively builds the foundational capacity of mustahik through initial capital provision, entrepreneurship training, and intensive mentoring, thereby transforming them into bankable economic actors. Meanwhile, sharia microfinance serves as a growth catalyst by providing structured financing through interest-free Islamic contracts. When integrated through a three-phase synergy model encompassing capacity building, financial access, and sustainability, these two instruments create a regenerative Islamic social finance ecosystem capable of systematically breaking the cycle of structural poverty. Ultimately, this synergy facilitates the transformative journey of mustahik becoming muzakki, realizing Islam's vision of equitable wealth distribution and sustainable community welfare.
Okfi Resti, Gebi Sintia Dwi Copyright (c) 2026 Okfi Resti, Gebi Sintia Dwi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1857 Mon, 29 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 PENGARUH DIGITALISASI LAYANAN TERHADAP BEBAN KERJA, STRES KERJA, KINERJA KARYAWAN, DAN KEBUTUHAN PELATIHAN & PENGEMBANGAN PADA BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1858
This study examines the influence of service digitalization on workload, work stress, employee performance, and training and development needs in Indonesian Islamic banking through a qualitative library research approach. The findings reveal that service digitalization fundamentally transforms the workload structure of Islamic bank employees, where automation reduces repetitive administrative tasks but simultaneously generates new and more cognitively demanding work requirements. This workload transformation subsequently contributes to elevated levels of work stress, manifesting through technostress, job insecurity, and always-on culture as direct consequences of digital ecosystem adoption. Furthermore, service digitalization is proven to significantly drive the increasing need for employee training and development, particularly in mastering digital competencies that remain aligned with Islamic principles a unique demand that distinguishes Islamic banks from their conventional counterparts. Unmanaged work stress demonstrably impairs employee performance across multiple dimensions, including service quality, productivity, and innovative contribution. Moreover, work stress functions as a significant mediating variable in the relationship between service digitalization and employee performance. These findings underscore that successful digital transformation in Islamic banking requires a holistic human resource management approach that simultaneously develops digital competencies, fulfills structured training and development needs, while preserving employee psychological well-being.
Dewi Tri Komalasari, Dyah Ayu Siti Fatimah, Destiani Rahmawati, Ike Hilatunnisa Copyright (c) 2026 Dewi Tri Komalasari, Dyah Ayu Siti Fatimah, Destiani Rahmawati, Ike Hilatunnisa https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1858 Mon, 29 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 KONSEP KEADILAN EKONOMI DALAM TAFSIR AL-AZHAR: ANALISIS TERHADAP AYAT QS. AL-HASYR AYAT 7 https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1860
This study aims to analyze the concept of economic justice in QS. Al-Hasyr verse 7 through the interpretation of Buya Hamka in Tafsir al-Azhar and to examine its relevance in the context of the modern economy. The method used is qualitative with a library research approach. The results show that QS. Al-Hasyr verse 7 emphasizes the importance of fair wealth distribution to prevent the concentration of wealth within certain groups, and positions ownership as a trust that carries social responsibility. Furthermore, economic justice in Islam is not only related to material aspects but also includes moral values such as justice, trustworthiness, and social responsibility. In the modern context, these principles remain relevant in addressing economic inequality and unjust distribution, and can serve as a foundation for building a more just, inclusive, and sustainable economic system.
Cindy Rahmadhani Sinulingga, Syafii Syafii, Rudi Edwaldo Jasmit Copyright (c) 2026 Cindy Rahmadhani Sinulingga, Syafii Syafii, Rudi Edwaldo Jasmit https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/1860 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000 THE USE OF RAHN CONTRACTS IN SHARIA PAWNSHOPS AS A CAPITAL STRATEGY FOR PAMEKASAN FARMERS https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/2095
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the rahn contract in Sharia Pawnshops to improve the economy of farmers in Kadur District, Pamekasan Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type, with the research subjects including Sharia Pawnshop employees and farmers using rahn-based financing. Data was collected through interview, observation, and documentation techniques, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model interactively. The results of the study show that the rahn contract is effective in providing quick and easy access to capital for farmers, supporting the smooth running of agricultural production activities, and contributing to increasing household economic stability. However, its implementation still faces obstacles in the form of low financial literacy, dependence on collateral assets, and limited access to services in rural areas.
Syifatullaili Syifatullaili, Maksum Maksum Copyright (c) 2026 Syifatullaili Syifatullaili, Maksum Maksum https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal.asy-syukriyyah.ac.id/I-BEST/article/view/2095 Tue, 30 Jun 2026 00:00:00 +0000
