The results of the study show that the epistemological pattern of the paradigm of the formulation of the DSN-MUI integrates the idealism and realism of Islamic law. This integration can be seen from the four DSN-MUI paradigms. First, al-Taysîr al-Manhaji. This paradigm emphasizes the formulation of fatwas to use legal opinions that do not burden legal subjects, but still adhere to the correct methodology of Islamic law. Second, at-Tafriq baina al-Halal wal Haram. This paradigm emphasizes the separation of halal and haram issues, both in terms of capital, product development, and profit. This is because Islamic economic activities cannot be completely separated from the conventional economic system that has been running for a long time. Third, I'adah al-Nazhar. This paradigm emphasizes reviewing the opinions of classical Islamic law when it is seen that it is no longer a solution to the empirical problems of sharia economics in modern society. Fourth, Tahqiq al-Manath. This is because morality is only given seminars, notified, informed, not accustomed to, trained and given examples. Ibn Miskawaih emphasizes that behavior must be familiarized and trained, as is the case with tri-success guidance in which there is an alim (religious understanding) the orientation is understanding of basic obligations such as holy-unclean, lawful-haram and others, wise the orientation is good character, polite, and courteous in situations and conditions, while independent orientation is not relying on other people in any case, thus it must be familiarized, trained and given an example not just being told, informed and in seminars all oriented to the goals of Islamic education. The Prophet Muhammad's hadith emphasized that Islam was built on immaculacy. Hygiene is the foremost prerequisite in operating out all parts of life, concerning outer and inner levels. This report portrays the interpretation of QS. al-Muddatsir:4 regarding hygiene's topic utilizing a comparative interpretation approach between Wahbah al-Zuhaili and Quraish Shihab. This investigation desires to discover the hygiene substance amid numerous distinct interpretations. The research approach used is to perform a descriptive study of the collected library data. The outcomes demonstrated that the bits of knowledge between Wabah al-Zuhaili and Quraish Shibab were distinguishable.
