PENAFSIRAN HAK WARIS PEREMPUAN

Salah satu pembahasan yang menarik dalam al-Qur’an adalah mengenai hak waris perempuan. Nilai keadilan yang terkandung dalam komposisi pembagian waris 2:1 antara laki-laki dan perempuan masih sering dipertanyakan di kalangan umat muslim. Bagi sebagian mereka, komposisi tersebut masih seolah mendiskreditkan kaum perempuan. Hal ini memicu lahirnya beragam pendapat di kalangan para ulama baik dari kalangan klasik maupun modern. Mereka berupaya memberikan pencerahan terkait konsep ‘adalah yang terkandung dalam pembagian warisan laki-laki dan perempuan. Maka, dalam tulisan ini akan membahas salah satu penafsir dari golongan perempuan yang bernama Zainab al-Ghazali, yaitu seorang penafsir perempuan akhir abad ke-20 dengan karya tafsirnya yang berjudul Nazarat Fi Kitabillah. Berbeda dengan kebanyakan mufassir yang hidup sezaman dengannya, Zainab nampak menolak pembaharuan terhadap hukum waris seperti yang dilakukan oleh kebanyakan kaum feminis. Dalam hal ini, ia tidak memihak kepada subjektivitasnya sebagai seorang perempuan. Menurutnya ketetapan komposisi 2:1 tersebut dilatarbelakangi karena adanya tanggungan dan beban yang berbeda di antara kedua belah pihak. Sehingga ketetapan tersebut dianggap sudah ideal dan proporsional.

IMPLEMENTASI HADIS ZIARAH MAKAM SYUHADA TERHADAP TRADISI HAUL ABAH GURU SEKUMPUL DI MARTAPURA, KALIMANTAN SELATAN

This article aims to analyse the implementation of the Prophet Muhammad's hadith about the pilgrimage to the martyr's grave in the tradition of Haul Abah Guru Sekumpul in Martapura. The research involves literature data and interviews with tradition actors. Then the data was analysed using Max Weber's social action theory. The findings of this research are that the tradition of Haul Abah Guru Sekumpul in Martapura is a category of traditional community action that is claimed to have theological roots from the Prophet Muhammad's hadith when visiting the graves of the martyrs. On the other hand, the tradition is believed to have affective meaning, which for the community is considered as a means of providing blessings for those who attend, or those who participate in the implementation of the event. From the social meaning, the tradition of Haul Abah Guru Sekumpul also has elements of mutual cooperation, togetherness, mutual respect and emulating the struggle.

TAFSIR MAQASHIDI PRESPEKTIF ABDUL MUSTAQIM

Tafsir maqashidi is one of the new genres in an attempt to interpret the verses of the Qur'an in the contemporary era. Tafsir maqashidi comes from the basis of maqashid sharia or maqashid of the Qur'an. Among the many people who are engaged in the world of maqashidi tafsir, we study the thought of maqashdi tafsir Abdul mustaqim. Abdul mustaqim explained his opinion, that, maqashdi tafsir is one of the climbing efforts in carrying out an interpretation of the Qur'an, so the existence of this maqashidi tafsir occupies as a complement, not delegating the method or effort of the previous tafsir approach, because later in the steps to approach maqashidi tafsir then still use maudhui tafsir. Abdul Mustaqim is known as an expert in maqashidi interpretation who has a uniqueness in the steps to study maqashidi interpretation.

KETERAMPILAN MENDENGARKAN PERSPEKTIF AL-QUR’AN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kata sami’a dalam Al-Qur’an serta menggali beberapa tafsiran dari ayat ayat tersebut dimana akan diperoleh sebuah pemamahaman yang lebih komprehensif terkait definisi mendengarkan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualititatif dengan pendekatan tafsir maudhui. Adapaun Langkah-langkah penelitian adalah penulis menghimpun beberapa ayat Al-Qur’an yang memiliki unsur kata sami’a, kemudian penulisan analisis ayat-ayat tersebut dengan pendekatan tafsir. Dalam penelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa keterampilan mendengarkan perspektif Al-Qur’an adalah kemampuan menanggapi sebuah pesan Al-Qur’an yang diperdengarkan dengan seksama, khusu’ dan penuh penghayatan sehinga mampu meningkatkan keimanan dengan jalan menjalankan segala perintah dan menjauhi segala larangan berdasarkan pesan Al-Qur’an yang telah disampaikan atau diperdengarkan.

CORAK TAFSIR MAQASIDI DALAM TAFSIR AL-TAHRIR WA AL-TANWIR

Ibn ‘Ashur was a famous commentator in the 14th century H. The book Tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir by Ibn ‘Ashur was the leading tafsir in Tunis. The book of Tafsir Ibn ‘Ashur is classified as a moderate commentary. In interpreting the Qur'an, Ibn ‘Ashur was more inclined to use ratios compared to the Prophet's interpretation. For the reason that there are far more verses that have not been interpreted by the Prophet than those that have been interpreted, so it is necessary to hold ijtihad. The Book of Tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir is not only an interpretation of the Al-Qur'an, but also a linguistic book. This book of tafsir is used by tafsir scholars, especially in analyzing the language of the verses of the Koran. The aim of this research is to determine the style of interpretation of maqasidi in the book of tafsir al-Tahrir wa al-Tanwir. The method used by the author for this research is a literature review (library research). There are those who think that Ibn 'Ashur's interpretation is based on ijtima'i adab, in his interpretation he focuses on revealing the balaghah and miracles of the Qur'an in explaining the meaning and content in accordance with natural law, improving the social life of the people, and so on.
